Less than two weeks ago, we packed our family and our house (and our cat and our dog), loaded up into two SUVs, sent all of our belongings in moving PODS, and waved goodbye to North Carolina. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I love North Carolina, so it hurt to leave.
We made our way slowly to Minnesota, geared up for a new life in the Twin Cities while my husband attends law school. The move so far has been rough, but we are so incredibly lucky to have an amazing group of friends waiting for us here. I doubt we would have maintained our sanity the first week here if it wasn’t for Maggie and her family.
Maggie and I snuck out the other night, and headed to Minneapolis for a couple of hours of shooting. This was totally outside of my norm (I shoot all things baby-related). But, Maggie is so gorgeous that I knew it wouldn’t be a challenge at all.
So, who else is up for a night out in the city with me and my cameras?
Well, now I’m going to have to read your blog more often! What an amazing job you did. We are so glad you moved to Minnesota and can’t wait to share many more memories together in the future.
