After a few reschedules (hey, it’s winter time in Minnesota, and I have a preschooler—this means we get hit by a nasty bug at least once every two weeks 😉 ), I was finally able to get this adorable little man into my studio for his shoot. I told mom I wouldn’t make any guarantees that we’d catch him in the awesome sleepy newborn state…after all, he was already a month old!

BUT, he surprised us both and slept like a dream the entire time. If and when he let out a tiny cry, it was all I could do to contain my desire to squeeze him <3 Seriously, this little boy is going to break hearts!

And, would you just look at that amazing quilt? How perfect is that? I’m so grateful I had such talented women in my family–my quilt collection is unbelievable thanks to my wonderful great, great-grandmother 🙂
