It was a cold day. Like, seriously…cold. And, if you haven’t read my *About* section, you might not know that I’m allergic to the cold (in all seriousness, here, y’all…my skin breaks out in hives when it’s exposed to too cold temps. Good thing I live in St. Paul, Minnesota, eh?).

So, needless to say, we all struggled a bit to stay warm. And I struggled a bit not to keep scratching my face and legs like a crazy person in front of my clients 😉

BUT….there was snow! And fresh snow, at that—it had just snowed the night before, and there was a beautiful blanket of white on everything. The waterfall was frozen, and the small creek was a solid sheet of ice. Let’s just say it was beautiful outside. And let’s just say Heidi and Jeremy totally rocked this session–even though it required them to be out in a -10 windchill without a coat on for all of their shots.

And, let’s just say Heidi was a champ for getting this maternity gown on at the last minute and gathering up all of her inner strength for some awesome shots in the snow. Can’t wait to meet their little girl soon!! She should be here any day 🙂
