It’s almost been a year since little Miss Eleanor was born…and it’s so very hard to believe!

When our son turned one–we were given some very wise words (from his pediatrician): The days are long, but the years are short. Truer words have never been spoken.

So, here we are…just one short year after her newborn pictures, and now? Smashing cake! (kind of.)

She may have needed a little coaxing from mom—but, once she realized there was cake hiding under that pretty pink icing, she was a happy camper. I couldn’t stop laughing when she’d grab herself a piece of cake, and spin around in a little circle on the floor–big fluffy tutu and all!

Happy Birthday, Eleanor! Look at how much she’s grown!!!
